GM covers it — oil and filter, four-tire rotation, and a full inspection. The only catch is that it expires a year after you drove off.
The clock starts the day you take delivery
A quick look at where to pull in, what happens to your vehicle while it's here, and how to get on with your day.
Buying the vehicle took an afternoon. Owning it takes years — and that part runs through our service drive, not the showroom.
So this is a real handoff. Matt's team got you into the right vehicle. Fred's team keeps it running. Between us you've got someone to call whether the question is about your payment or a warning light, and you don't have to guess which one of us to bother.
Start with the covered first visit. It costs nothing, it takes about an hour, and it's the easiest way to find out whether we're worth keeping.
Worth knowing: this visit can be claimed at any Buick or GMC dealership in the country. We'd rather it be us — we already have your vehicle's history — but either way, don't let it expire unused.
Coverage depends on what's under the hood. Duramax trucks carry more.

Duramax owners: the longer terms apply to the 6.6L in 2500 and 3500 HD, and the 3.0L in 1500-series pickups and full-size SUVs. That's an extra 40,000 miles of powertrain, roadside, and courtesy transportation over a gas truck.
Courtesy transportation is the one most owners never use, because nobody told them it existed. If a covered repair keeps your vehicle overnight, that's handled. Just ask when you book.
Every 2025 and newer GM vehicle comes with OnStar Basics for eight years at no charge: automatic crash response, remote start and lock from your phone, Google Maps and Google Assistant built in, and audio streaming apps.
Many vehicles also include three years of the full OnStar One package — in-vehicle Wi-Fi, stolen vehicle assistance, and Super Cruise if yours is equipped for it. What's on yours is printed on your window sticker.
These have to be switched on. If OnStar enrollment got skipped at delivery, the features are sitting there unactivated. Mention it at your first visit and we'll sort it out in the lane — or don't wait, and we'll walk you through it right now.
Text us about OnStar Or callDownload the myGMC or myBuick app and your vehicle starts reporting to you: oil life, tire pressure, engine and brake diagnostics, and an alert when something is actually due. No guessing at intervals, no sticker on the windshield.
Booking runs through the same app — pick a time from your phone in about thirty seconds. If you'd rather not install anything, texting us works just as well.
Do this at your first visit. We'll get the app on your phone, link it to your VIN, and make sure your alerts are on before you leave. Two minutes with someone who's done it a hundred times — and if you'd rather sort it today, just say the word.

Qualifying repairs we perform are covered for as long as you own the vehicle. Eligible parts and labor, no deductible, and no age or mileage cutoff. Pay for the repair once, and if that same repair is ever needed again, it's covered.
Coverage on your engine, transmission, and drive axle that continues past the factory term — for as long as you own the vehicle. Zero deductible, plus rental car reimbursement while a covered repair is being done.
Staying eligible means keeping up with the required maintenance and having it documented. We log every visit against your VIN the day it happens, so there's nothing for you to file or hang onto.
The one thing to remember: eligibility depends on documented maintenance. Miss an interval, or lose a receipt from a quick-lube down the road, and coverage can lapse. Service here and the record keeps itself.
Pull into the drive, check yourself in at the kiosk, and drop your key into a secured KeyTrak system. No line, no clipboard, no standing around while an advisor finishes with someone else. You'll get a text when your vehicle is ready.
It works after hours in both directions. Drop it off Sunday night, and when the work's done, pick it up on your own schedule — evening, early morning, weekend. You never have to bend your day around ours.
Text is fastest — we usually have you scheduled within the hour.

Coverage terms shown are GM's standard new-vehicle limited warranty for current Buick and GMC models and apply whichever limit comes first. Extended Duramax terms apply only to qualifying diesel-equipped models. Your vehicle's actual coverage, connected services content, and maintenance schedule are governed by your warranty booklet, owner's manual, and window sticker. Complimentary first visit must be redeemed at a participating dealership. Repaired For Life and the Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty are dealer programs with their own eligibility requirements, covered components, and maintenance conditions — see the program documents for full terms. Ask us and we'll pull your exact coverage by VIN.
